Our 7 Step Annual Lawn Treatment Program is a year-round lawn treatment program that does the thinking for you: we test your soil, treat your lawn seven times a year, and back the weed control with a real guarantee. What a Treatment Visit Looks Like
The day before, you get a text and an email. On the day, your technician treats the backyard first and then the front, spot-treats weeds, and takes photos to document how the lawn is doing. When the visit is done, a door hanger on your front door tells you what was applied and when. You're never left wondering if we came.

If you have not seen substantial visual improvement to your weeds after 4 consecutive treatments, we will refund your last visit.
We'll be straight with you about results: they are gradual. You should notice weeds starting to fade after the first visit, but no program knocks out every weed in one trip. Within about a year, your lawn should show the full benefit. The long-term goal is a lawn so thick and healthy that it barely needs weed control at all.
Built on a Soil Test, Not a Guess
A lot of lawn treatment services put the same products on every lawn in the neighborhood. Our lawn fertilization program starts with an in-depth soil test that looks at pH, nutrient levels and organic matter. If the soil is the problem, more fertilizer won't fix it, and we'd rather tell you that than keep selling you product. That matters most around newer homes, where we often find high pH, low organic matter and soil packed down during construction.
When the Soil Needs More Help
Sometimes the test shows the ground itself needs work. That's where our soil-building services come in. Core aeration pulls thousands of small plugs of soil to relieve compaction, and lawn topdressing adds a thin layer of organic matter to improve the soil your grass grows in. They are add-ons, not part of the seven treatments, and we typically suggest them after a soil test shows compaction, low organic matter or a pH problem. They work best together.
Safe for Your Family, Smart About Insects
Once a treatment dries, kids and pets can go right back out on the grass. We use a golf-course-quality pre-emergent to stop many weeds before they sprout, and we only use insecticides during the peak damage season, when insects can actually hurt your lawn, to limit the impact on the environment.
Lawn Care Plans With No Contract
Pay as you go. There's no contract to sign, because we think the lawn should do the convincing. If you're happy, you stay. It's a simple deal: green grass, dead weeds, jealous neighbors.
